144 is a boutique Management Consultant firm whose vision is to create sustainable business environments within organizations where everyone can live up to their purpose.Our goal is to ensure alignment of individual employee goals and personal visions with those of the organization. In essence, we support and help you give your employees a reason to care about your business and engage with your vision. We have a four-pronged approach to consultancy specializing in Engaging Human Capital, Strategy, Learning and Development and Management Consultancy. At our core, we are obsessed with helping to create fulfilling work spaces where individuals are well supported and equipped to achieve their potentials and as such deliver on company strategy.

    144 Consultancy believes in the development of personnel. Training, an important tool in staff development is a key delivery of 144 Consultants. With hundreds of soft skill and leadership courses delivered both online and offline and fitting any budget, these courses are aligned and tailored to fit the needs of the organization’s mission, vision and core values and to ensure that the staff are well equipped to deliver on the mandates of the strategy. Additionally, these courses are monitored, reported and co-certified with by both 144 and the organization enabling the organization to consistently and accurately assess its return on investment and the ability of the trainings to achieve their intended objectives evaluated through the performance of the staff.

    2.Coaching

    Working with a leading coach from Europe, our coaching program is designed to assist individuals make changes to further their personal and professional development. Using skills in among others, Neurolinguistic Programming, 144’s coach works with individuals and businesses to bridge the gap between where they are now, and where they would like to be far more effectively. 144’s has used its coaching tool to mold and develop leaders who have gone ahead to make tremendous positive impact on their businesses through change leadership, honing of social and emotional intelligence, development of their teams, influence among others.
